Ingredients
  

  • 🍝 Pasta:
  • 300 g macaroni or pasta of choice
  • Salt for boiling water
  • đź§€ Cheese Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk warm
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 200 g cheddar cheese shredded
  • 100 g mozzarella shredded
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese grated
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 🍄 Truffle Flavor:
  • 1 –2 tsp truffle oil adjust to taste
  • Optional: fresh truffle shaved
  • 🔥 Topping Optional:
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp butter melted

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta
  2. Boil macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Make roux
  4. Melt butter in a pan, add flour, and cook for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Create sauce
  6. Gradually whisk in warm milk and cream. Cook until thickened.
  7. Add cheese
  8. Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan until smooth.
  9. Add truffle
  10. Mix in truffle oil (start small—it’s strong).
  11. Combine
  12. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well.
  13. Bake (optional)
  14. Transfer to a baking dish, top with breadcrumbs and Parmesan, and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 10–15 minutes until golden.

  16. Don’t overuse truffle oil—it can overpower the dish
  17. Use high-quality cheese for best flavor
  18. Add mushrooms for extra depth
