Tropical Mango Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 medium banana ripe
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Equipment

  • High-speed blender

Method
 

  1. Place the frozen mango chunks, banana, Greek yogurt, milk, and honey into a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. If too thick, add milk 1 tbsp at a time. If too thin, add more frozen mango or ice.
  4. Pour immediately into chilled glasses and enjoy!

Notes

Make it Vegan: Swap the Greek yogurt for coconut yogurt and use plant-based milk and maple syrup instead of honey.
