- Preheat & Prep
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place flatbread on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roast the Pears
- Toss pear slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange on the flatbread.
- Add the Cheese
- Sprinkle mozzarella evenly, then add crumbled gorgonzola on top.
- Bake
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Finish & Serve
- Drizzle with honey, add arugula or walnuts if desired, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Substitute blue cheese for gorgonzola if preferred.
Add prosciutto for a gourmet touch.
Use balsamic glaze instead of honey for a tangy finish.
