  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter optional
  • 1 tsp honey or dates optional sweetener
  • ½ cup ice cubes

  2. Place all ingredients into a blender.
  3. Blend
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Adjust texture
  6. Add more milk if too thick, or ice for a thicker shake.
