🦃 Turkey:
1.5–2 kg turkey breast (bone-in or boneless)
3 tbsp butter (softened)
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper
🌿 Seasoning:
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary
2 cloves garlic (minced)
🥕 Optional (for flavor base):
1 onion (sliced)
1 carrot (chopped)
1 cup chicken broth
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven
Set to 180°C (350°F).
Prepare turkey
Pat turkey dry. Rub with butter and olive oil.
Season
Mix spices and garlic, then coat the turkey evenly.
Prepare pan
Place onion and carrot in a roasting dish. Set turkey on top. Add broth to the pan.
Roast
Roast uncovered for 1 hour–1 hour 20 minutes, basting occasionally.
Check doneness
Internal temperature should reach 75°C (165°F).
Rest
Let rest 15 minutes before slicing.
