Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 –2 kg turkey breast bone-in or boneless
  • 3 tbsp butter softened
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 🌿 Seasoning:
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 🥕 Optional for flavor base:
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 carrot chopped
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Method
 

  1. 🦃 Turkey:
  2. 1.5–2 kg turkey breast (bone-in or boneless)
  3. 3 tbsp butter (softened)
  4. 2 tbsp olive oil
  5. Salt and black pepper
  6. 🌿 Seasoning:
  7. 1 tsp garlic powder
  8. 1 tsp paprika
  9. 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary
  10. 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  11. 🥕 Optional (for flavor base):
  12. 1 onion (sliced)
  13. 1 carrot (chopped)
  14. 1 cup chicken broth

  16. Preheat oven
  17. Set to 180°C (350°F).
  18. Prepare turkey
  19. Pat turkey dry. Rub with butter and olive oil.
  20. Season
  21. Mix spices and garlic, then coat the turkey evenly.
  22. Prepare pan
  23. Place onion and carrot in a roasting dish. Set turkey on top. Add broth to the pan.
  24. Roast
  25. Roast uncovered for 1 hour–1 hour 20 minutes, basting occasionally.
  26. Check doneness
  27. Internal temperature should reach 75°C (165°F).
  28. Rest
  29. Let rest 15 minutes before slicing.
