- Prep Ingredients
- Drain and pat dry all pickles and olives. Slice cheeses and meats, and cut cheese into ghost or bat shapes if desired.
- Arrange the Board
- Start with small bowls for juicy items (pickles, olives). Place them evenly around the board.
- Add Meats & Cheeses
- Fold or roll meats and place them in clusters. Arrange cheese cubes or shapes between them for color balance.
- Fill the Gaps
- Add crackers, nuts, and other snacks around the board to fill in empty spaces.
- Decorate for Spookiness
- Add edible eyes, fake spiders, or small Halloween props for a creepy-cute finish!
- Serve & Enjoy
- Serve immediately or chill lightly until guests arrive.
Notes
Use different pickle varieties (sweet, sour, spicy) for flavor contrast.
Cheese cutouts in ghost or pumpkin shapes add Halloween fun.
For a vegetarian version, skip meats and add roasted chickpeas or marinated veggies.
