Ingredients
  

  • 1 15 oz can pumpkin purée
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon + nutmeg
  • 1 cup whipped topping cool whip
  • For Serving:
  • Graham crackers
  • Apple slices
  • Pretzels

Method
 

  1. Mix Cream Cheese & Pumpkin
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin purée, powdered sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice; mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in Whipped Topping
  4. Gently fold in whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  5. Chill (Optional)
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld, or serve immediately.

  8. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with graham crackers, apple slices, or pretzels.

Notes

For a lighter version, use reduced-fat cream cheese and whipped topping.
Add a drizzle of caramel or sprinkle of chopped nuts on top for extra indulgence.
