- Preheat Oven
- Preheat to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the Meatball Base
- In a bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Stuff the Meatballs
- Take a small portion of the meat mixture, flatten it, place a pickle piece in the center, and wrap the meat around it. Roll into a ball.
- Bake or Cook
- To Bake: Arrange meatballs on a sheet and bake for 18–20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- To Pan-Sear: Heat oil in a skillet and cook over medium heat for 10–12 minutes, turning to brown all sides.
- Serve & Enjoy
- Drizzle with pickle juice or serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Use finely chopped pickles for a more even texture inside.
