  • ๐Ÿ 1 green apple chopped
  • ๐ŸŒ ยฝ banana
  • ๐Ÿ‹ Juice of ยฝ lemon
  • ๐Ÿฅ’ ยฝ cucumber sliced
  • ๐Ÿฅ› 1 cup water or coconut water
  • ๐ŸŒฑ 1 tsp chia seeds optional
  • ๐ŸงŠ Ice cubes optional

Method
 

  1. Add liquid first
  2. Pour water or coconut water into the blender.
  3. Add ingredients
  4. Add spinach/kale, apple, banana, cucumber, lemon juice, and chia seeds.
  5. Blend
  6. Blend until smooth (30โ€“60 seconds).
  7. Adjust
  8. Add ice or more water depending on your preferred consistency.
  9. Serve
  10. Drink immediately for best freshness.
