Ingredients
  

  • For the Flatbread
  • 1 flatbread crust or naan store-bought or homemade
  • 3 tbsp apple butter
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup crumbled goat cheese or feta
  • 3 slices cooked bacon chopped
  • ½ small red onion thinly sliced
  • ½ apple thinly sliced (Honeycrisp or Gala)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat Oven
  2. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Assemble the Flatbread
  4. Place flatbread on the sheet and spread a thin layer of apple butter over the crust.
  5. Add Toppings
  6. Sprinkle with mozzarella, goat cheese, apple slices, onion, and bacon.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
  8. Bake
  9. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the crust is crisp and cheese is melted and golden.
  10. Garnish & Serve
  11. Remove from oven and top with fresh thyme or rosemary.
  12. Slice and serve warm!

Notes

Try it with brie or white cheddar for a richer flavor.
