- Preheat Oven
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Assemble the Flatbread
- Place flatbread on the sheet and spread a thin layer of apple butter over the crust.
- Add Toppings
- Sprinkle with mozzarella, goat cheese, apple slices, onion, and bacon.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Bake
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the crust is crisp and cheese is melted and golden.
- Garnish & Serve
- Remove from oven and top with fresh thyme or rosemary.
- Slice and serve warm!
