Ingredients
  

  • 🥗 Salad:
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast grilled or roasted, diced
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs chopped
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbled
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 🥣 Dressing Red Wine Vinaigrette:
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare ingredients
  2. Cook chicken, bacon, and eggs. Chop all salad components.
  3. Arrange salad
  4. Spread lettuce on a large platter. Arrange chicken, bacon, eggs, avocado, tomatoes, and blue cheese in rows on top.
  5. Make dressing
  6. Whisk olive oil, vinegar, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  7. Serve
  8. Drizzle dressing over the salad or toss before serving.
