Ingredients
  

  • 🐔 Chicken Kofta:
  • 500 g ground chicken
  • 1 small onion finely grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 2 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 🍅 Tomato Sauce Optional:
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tomatoes grated or blended
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt & pepper
  • ½ cup water

Method
 

  1. 👉 Option 1: Cooked in Sauce (Traditional Style)
  2. Prepare mixture
  3. In a bowl, mix ground chicken with onion, garlic, herbs, spices, and olive oil.
  4. Shape kofta
  5. Form small meatballs or oval shapes.
  6. Make sauce
  7. Heat olive oil, add garlic and tomatoes, season, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. Cook kofta
  9. Add chicken kofta to sauce, cover, and cook for 15–20 minutes until fully cooked.
  10. 👉 Option 2: Grilled Chicken Kofta
  11. Shape kofta onto skewers or small logs.
  12. Grill on medium heat for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally.
