- Preheat Oven
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.

- Slice the bell peppers and onion. Place them on the sheet pan with the sausages.
- Season
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss the veggies to coat evenly.
- Roast
- Spread everything out evenly. Roast in the oven for 20–25 minutes, flipping sausages halfway through, until veggies are tender and sausages are browned.
- Serve
- Serve hot as-is, or load sausages and peppers into toasted hoagie rolls with melted cheese for the ultimate sandwich.
