Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen açaí packet unsweetened
  • 1 banana frozen for best texture
  • ½ cup frozen berries blueberries or strawberries
  • 1 cup almond milk or any milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder optional
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 tsp chia seeds optional
  • 1 tsp honey optional, for sweetness

Equipment

  • Blender (high-speed preferred)
  • Measuring cups & spoons
  • Knife (for slicing banana if fresh)
  • Glass or bowl (for serving)

Method
 

  1. Prepare ingredients
  2. Break the frozen açaí packet slightly for easier blending.
  3. Add to blender
  4. Add almond milk first, then banana, berries, açaí, protein powder, and other ingredients.
  5. Blend
  6. Blend until smooth and creamy (about 30–60 seconds).
  7. Adjust consistency
  8. Add more milk for a thinner smoothie or ice for thickness.
  9. Serve
  10. Pour into a glass or bowl and enjoy immediately.
